RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN CONDITIONS
Please try on the shoes on a clean surface. Do not try on the product(s) outdoors. Returns are not accepted for used products.
Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products.
Returns must be made in the original box.
The customer is responsible for returning the product in the same condition as it was upon delivery. (You must send the product along with its invoice, original box, and any accompanying accessories. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and undamaged.) For shipping, the product box must be placed inside a shipping package.
To prevent the loss of the invoice during transit, please place the invoice (including any copies sent to you) inside the shoe box.
Shipping costs are covered by our company for returns sent via UPS Kargo. If you choose to use a different shipping carrier, you must bear the shipping costs yourself; otherwise, shipments arriving at our company will not be accepted. (When using UPS Kargo, it is mandatory to include the contracted customer code listed below; otherwise, shipments arriving at our company will not be accepted.)
You may return the product to our address via UPS Kargo free of charge within 15 days of receipt, provided it is in its original box and retains its resaleable condition.
You bear responsibility for the product from the moment you send it until it reaches us; our company is not liable for any loss occurring during the shipping process. It is important to retain the tracking number in case it is needed. Once the returned item reaches our company and undergoes the necessary inspection, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to the account details you provided or to the original credit card used for the purchase.
While the cost of the item itself is refunded, shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: Due to hygiene considerations, items purchased from the "Esmeralda's Leggings" category are not eligible for return or exchange.
